Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Office Position

January 16, 2025

Looking for a responsible, self-motivated part time front desk customer service/accounts receivable assistant for our water company. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using QuickBooks, MS Office and general office equipment.

Work hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and the 2^nd Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. for monthly Board Meetings.

Essential Job Functions:

Answering phone and assisting customers in the office
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and complaints
Keep customer billing accounts accurate and current
Monthly billing of water usage to customers
