NOTICE OF RATE INCREASE EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2024

This public notice is to inform all members of the Moutain Springs Water Supply Corporation (MSWSC) that the Board of Directors held a public meeting on January 10, 2024, and voted to increase monthly rates on water service for all members exceeding 50,000 gallons per billing cycle. The Board of Directors consider this rate increase necessary to continue supporting current and upcoming projects that are critical for maintaining system infrastructure and also support the escalating costs of operations. These vital improvements further ensure the continuous strategic efforts that will secure the longevity of our water system.
